Training by THOP: registration conditions

Registration conditions

1. The participant receives an invoice to confirm his/hers registration.
2. If this invoice needs to be send to another adress, it should be clearly mentioned on the registration form.
3. If the invoice needs a reference to a Purchase Order-number, it should be clearly mentioned on the registration form. The participant delivers the PO-number within 5 days to: events@thop.be
4. The invoices from The House of Procurement are payable untill 15 days after the date mentioned on the invoice. 
5. The payment of the invoice can be done: by transfer to account number BE 72 3631 0057 6916 – ING ID 0048 7506 81 in name of The House of Procurement c/o Emptum bv, Grote Braamstraat 3C, 2220 Heist-op-den-Berg. 
6. Who is unable to attend can be replaced by a colleague (free of charge), with prior notice to: events@thop.be 
7. In case of written cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the training, the participant owes 75% of the training. In case of written cancellation within 14 days before the start of the training, the participant owes 100% of the training. All cancellations should be adressed to: events@thop.be 
8. The invoices of The House of Procurement are accepted as final by the customer, if they are not disputed within 8 calender days after receipt by motivated registered letter.
9. In case of non-payment within 15 days of the due date, an interest of 8% on an annual basis will be due by operation of law and without prior notice of default. 
10. Belgian law applies to the agreement between The House of Procurement and the customer. Only the Courts of Mechelen (BE) are competent for disputes arising from non-compliance with this agreement. 
11. The details of the participants who register for a training are stored by The House of Procurement in its systems. These data are used to send newsletters, seminars and/or training courses of The House of Procurement. The data won’t be available to third parties.
